The Project Nexus website was a 5 page website that advertised the console and its features. It was the central part of the entire project, just as a website generally is to any business. It was the central location where I put all of the pieces of the project, including the console and controller renders, rotation renders, and Zelda trailer.
The website also had a link to “Forums” which led to a MyBB powered web forum which I created a custom theme for. This was a completely extra thing that I decided towards the end of the project. MyBB is a project I had played with for a number of years, and the core idea of the Project Nexus concept was that this was going to be an exciting new home console, and what better way to bolster it than to create a community of its fans?
